"The National Transport Authority (NTA) announced the winners of the Smarter Travel Student Awards 2026 at a ceremony in Dublin's Lighthouse Cinema. The awards saw record participation with over 290 entries from more than 580 students across 17 campuses, a nearly 12% increase from the previous year. 61 projects were shortlisted. Four students will join the NTA's summer internship program. Winners span categories including engineering, social marketing, and media."
