What is 0xBASE?

0xBASE is a multi-tenant intelligence aggregation platform that automatically discovers, translates, and curates content from a wide array of sources into a unified publication.

The platform ingests content via RSS and web scraping, uses semantic clustering with pgvector to organize articles, generates AI-powered TLDR summaries, moderates comments, and delivers daily or weekly briefings.

Setting up a publication on 0xBASE is entirely chat-driven — the operator describes their topic and audience, and the AI fills in editorial structure, source suggestions, and tone.

Oireachtas Monitor is dedicated to tracking Irish government publications, committee reports, and legislation for citizens and external observers who need to understand what’s happening in Dublin.
