• Revokes the General Government Secured Borrowings Order 2020 (S.I. No. 750/2020).
• Includes all government departments and numerous state bodies.
• Based on section 67 of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010.

"This statutory instrument lists the bodies authorized to issue secured borrowings under section 67 of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010. It replaces the 2020 order and includes all government departments, agencies, voluntary hospitals, educational institutions, and extra-budgetary funds."
