"This statutory instrument, made by the Minister for Finance on 3 November 2004 and effective 1 January 2005, specifies which public bodies, directorships, and positions are subject to the disclosure obligations of the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995. It lists 218 bodies including state companies, regulatory authorities, health boards, and educational institutions, along with the specific roles that must register interests. This replaces the 1997 regulations."
