"The Irish Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohoe, has made the General Government Secured Borrowings Order 2025 (S.I. No. 334/2025), prescribing bodies to which section 67 of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 applies. The order revokes the 2022 order and includes an extensive schedule listing central government departments, extra-budgetary funds, non-commercial entities under departments, and non-commercial entities under local government. It was published in Iris Oifigiúil on 22 July 2025."
