"The Irish government has issued the General Government Secured Borrowings Order 2025 (S.I. No. 334/2025), which prescribes the bodies to which Section 67 of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 applies. The order revokes the previous 2022 order and lists a comprehensive set of central government departments, extra-budgetary funds, non-commercial entities under state and local government aegis, and social security funds. Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe signed the order on 14 July 2025."
