"This statutory instrument amends the 2004 regulations on prescribed public bodies, designated directorships, and designated positions in public bodies, effective 1 January 2026. New bodies such as Avista CLG, Brothers of Charity Services Ireland, and the National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh DAC are added. The updated Schedule lists designated directorships and positions of employment for each body, covering hundreds of entities from state-owned companies to hospitals and local development partnerships."
