"S.I. No. 32/1997, made by Minister for Finance Ruairí Quinn on 15 January 1997, prescribes public bodies and designates directorships and positions under the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995. The regulations require holders of designated directorships and positions in over 100 public bodies, including state companies, agencies, and the Defence Forces, to disclose registrable interests to specified officers and, for directorships, to the Public Offices Commission."
