• Physical blend reached 10.1% in 2024, on track for E10 by 2025

"Ireland's Renewable Transport Fuel Policy 2025-2027 updates the RTFO trajectory to meet CAP and EU RED targets. It targets E10 petrol blend by 2025 and B20 diesel blend by 2030, expected to deliver over 1.08 Mt CO2eq abatement. The RTFO rate increased to 25% by energy in 2025, with physical blend of 10.1% in 2024. Includes sub-targets for advanced biofuels and RFNBOs, and 19 actions to strengthen sustainability and support indigenous production."
