"The Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 regulates the ownership and management of common areas in Irish multi-unit developments (apartment blocks, etc.). It requires developers to establish owners' management companies, transfer common areas to them, and adhere to rules on service charges, sinking funds, and dispute resolution. The revised version consolidates all amendments up to 30 November 2016, including the National Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Act 2016 and multiple statutory instruments."
