"The World Bank, in partnership with the European Commission, has released a comprehensive assessment of Ireland's subnational business readiness. The report evaluates five regulatory areas: business entry, business location (including property transfer, building and environmental permits), utility services (electricity, water, internet), dispute resolution, and insolvency. It covers multiple Irish cities and counties and draws on consultations with over 160 experts. The study aims to provide actionable reform recommendations to improve the business climate and is part of a larger EU-wide project covering 66 cities across six member states."
