"The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade introduced a bill in Dáil Éireann on 29 May 2026 to prohibit the importation of goods originating in Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. The bill is based on the ICJ advisory opinion of 19 July 2024 and amends the Customs Act 2015. It is currently at First Stage in the Dáil."
