"The Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) launched an Adult Safeguarding Toolkit on 31 July 2025. It provides guidance for organisations on protecting personal data of vulnerable adults, ensuring compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The toolkit includes practical advice, templates, and examples. It was developed in collaboration with the HSE, Sage Advocacy, and Safeguarding Ireland."
